CONDENSING UNIT FOR COLD CHAMBER
CONDENSING UNIT for COLD CHAMBER on ships plays an important part in carrying refrigerated provisions for the personnel on board.
The HI AIR KOREA(HAK) Navy CONDENSING UNIT assures high quality refrigeration for the ship’s temperature sensitive provisions and makes sure that the provisions are always in good and healthy condition.
HAK Navy CONDENSING UNIT has been designed as per the relevant MIL Specifications and used widely to service different refrigeration system such as meat and fish room, daily room and vegetable room.
HAK uses high quality components to ensure reliability. Compressors is V-belt driven. The shell-and-tube condensers are intended for sea water cooling for navy ships.
HAK Navy CONDENSING UNIT is qualified for impact, vibration and noise requirement according to U.S military standard.

Robust shell-and-tube condensers for sea water
- Use the Cu/Ni(70/30) tubes in condensers for corrosion protection
- Marine type compressors : open type, V-belt driven
- Suction gas heat exchanger for high vertical lift and for protection against liquid slug
- Equipped with refrigerant filter, drier system and oil separator
- Vibration eliminators and flexible connections for both refrigerant and water pipes
- Simple and compact design good for onboard space limitations
- HFC refrigerant : R-404A
- Equipped with safety devices and junction box
- Power supply : 440Vac, 60Hz, 3-phase
- Stand alone control panel with PCB unit
