SHUT-OFF DAMPER
HI AIR KOREA(HAK) SHUT-OFF DAMPERS of naval ship are specially designed for propose use of naval ship. HAK SHUT-OFF DAMPERS are effective in isolating duct system that requires air tightness, such as working / stand-by fans.
The SHUT-OFF DAMPERS are built considering size, efficiency, reliability, maintainability and military standard.
The SHUT-OFF DAMPERS of naval ship are specifically manufactured to operate in various conditions of naval ship.

FEATURES
- HAK SHUT-OFF DAMPERS can be manufactured to fit circular ducts.
- SHUT-OFF DAMPERS can be fitted with pneumatic cylinders which shall include limit switches that detect the position of the damper blades which in turn can be interfaced with monitoring and control system.
- SHUT-OFF DAMPER can be closed by electric signal through solenoid valve.
- The sizes are from Ø150 ~ Ø1500.
- An open/close indication is visible on the damper cylinder top.
- Pneumatic cylinder supply air pressure : 4 ~ 7 kg/㎠
- The damper requires 230 VAC of electrical supply to open the damper blades.
- Blade air tight test pressure : 176 mmAq (Stay 10 minutes) → 80 mmAq
- These dampers can operate at temperatures between -10 ~ +60˚C but subject to change depending on the selected components.
